7:00 am – 4:00 pm: Exhibits Open

Friday, May 30th               

7:00 am – 3:00 pm: Exhibits Open

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Exhibit Dismantle

If you are planning on shipping materials to the hotel, the following information must be included on all packages to ensure proper delivery.

There is no loading dock. Vendors may utilize our front drive to load/unload.

If you are planning on shipping materials to the hotel, packages for meetings may be delivered to the hotel three working days prior to the date of the function.
